Absolutely! You can edit your Webfront profile anytime — no coding skills required. Whether you're adding new links, updating your bio, or changing your design, Webfront makes it easy to keep your profile fresh and relevant.

Create Webfront

  1. Login to your account at https://mywebfront.uepl.com.np/.
  2. From the Dashboard, click on My Webfront in the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click New Webfront on the top right of the page.
  4. Fill in your Webfront details such as URL Alias and Webfront Name, then click Save to create your profile.
  1. Go to the Basic Detail and find Business Details section.
  2. Fill in:
    - Business Name (required)
    - (Optional) Email Address, Phone Number
    - Location Type: Choose Embed Location (recommended).
    - (Optional), Date of Establishment, Registered Name, Default Language, Cover Image Type
  3. Click Save before leaving.

To get embed code:
Open Google Maps → Click Share → Embed a Map → Copy HTML → Paste in Embed Location field.

  1. Go to the Template section.
  2. Browse available templates.
  3. Select your preferred design.
  4. Click Save
  1. Go to the Business Hours section.
  2. Set opening and closing times for each day.
  3. To apply same timing to other days:
    - Set one day → Click Copy Icon → Select desired days.
  4. Tick the checkbox to activate selected days.
  5. Click Save.
  1. Go to the Services section.
  2. Click Add Service on the top right.
  3. Add:
    - Service Name
    - Icon
    - Description
    - (Optional) URL — Clicking redirects visitors to that link.
  4. Click Save.
  1. Go to Galleries section. And Click on Add Gallery.
  2. Select media type: Image or YouTube Link.
  3. Upload the file.
  4. Click Save.
  1. Go to Instagram Embed section.
  2. Click Add Embed Tag → Select Reel or Post.
  3. From Instagram:
    - Click 3-dot menu on post → Embed → Copy the code.
  4. Paste code in Embed Tag field.
  5. Click Save.
  1. Go to Testimonials section and click Add Testimonials.
  2. Add Name, Description, and Image.
  3. Click Save.
  1. Go to Appointment section.
  2. Select time frames for one day.
  3. Click Copy Icon to apply to other days.
  4. Set type as Free.
  5. Click Save.
  1. Go to Social Media Links.
  2. Insert social media links in desired social media
  3. Click Save.
  1. Go to Custom Links section.
  2. Add Title and Link.
  3. Customize:
    - Show as Button (recommended)
    - Button Color & Type
    - Open in New Tab (optional)
  4. Click Save.
  1. Go to Banner Setup.
  2. Add:
    - Title
    - URL
    - Description
    - Banner Button Text
  3. Check Publish Box to activate.
  4. To remove, uncheck the box.
  5. Click Save.

Manage Webfront

  1. Login to Webfront
  2. Enter My Webfront in left side menu
  3. Click on Webfront name.
  1. Go to Dashboard > Appointment Section.
  2. Approve or reject bookings.
  3. Today’s appointments show on dashboard.
  1. Go to Manage Sections.
  2. Enable or Disable sections like:
    - Contact
    - Services
    - Gallery
    - Products
    - Testimonials
    - Blogs
    - Business Hours
    - Appointment
    - Map
    - Banner
    - Instagram Feed
    - Iframes
    - Newsletter Popup
  3. Click Save.

Go to Inquiries section in the menu.

Dashboard > My Webfront > Webfront, click the third icon.

  1. Go to Basic Details → Other Configuration.
  2. Enable or disable the following options as needed:
    - Inquiry Form
    - QR Code Download
    - Set QR Code Size
    - Show/Hide QR Code
    - Affiliation
    - Add to Contact
    - Optional: Ask visitors for details before allowing Add to Contact
    - Hide Webfront Sticky Bar
    - WhatsApp Share
  3. Click Save to apply your changes
